Method
 

Preparation
  1. Coat the salmon and shrimp in olive oil, paprika, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Cooking the Seafood
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and sear the salmon fillets skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat, melt butter with minced garlic, and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and caramelized.
Cooking Broccolini
  1. Sauté or steam the broccolini until bright green and tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
Preparing Mashed Potatoes
  1. Ensure mashed potatoes are creamy and seasoned to your liking.
Plating
  1. Plate the salmon over a bed of mashed potatoes, topped with garlic shrimp, and arrange sautéed broccolini on the side.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
