Ingredients
  

For the Sausages
  • 6 smoked beef or pork sausages Choose high-quality sausages for best flavor.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For brushing on sausages.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For seasoning.
  • 1/2 tsp paprika For seasoning.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper For seasoning.
For the Fries
  • 1 1/2 lbs French fries Fresh is ideal, but frozen works fine.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For tossing fries.
  • 1 tsp paprika For seasoning.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder For seasoning.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
For the Egg Salad
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For Garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • to taste Paprika for dusting

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lightly brush the sausages with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Grill until charred, about 10 minutes.
  2. Bake, air-fry, or deep-fry the fries until crispy and golden brown, typically 15-20 minutes. Toss with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
  3. In a bowl, combine chopped eggs, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
Serving
  1. Arrange grilled sausages, seasoned fries, and egg salad on a plate. Garnish with parsley and paprika.

Notes

Serve with tangy coleslaw, garden salad, or pickles. Best enjoyed fresh.
