  • 1 cup French fried onions Use generously for a crispy topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and blanch for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in the blanched green beans and chopped onion, ensuring they are well coated in the sauce.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with French fried onions.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

This dish pairs wonderfully with roasted meats and creamy mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. For best reheating results, cover with foil and heat at 350°F.
