  • 1 fillet salmon fillet Choose a bright, fresh fillet.
  • 300 g baby potatoes Firm and smooth baby potatoes.
  • 2 pieces eggs Cook for a jammy center.
  • 1 piece avocado Sliced for serving.
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced) Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp butter Use for searing salmon.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the baby potatoes until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Toss them with olive oil, minced garlic, dried parsley, and mixed herbs when cooked.
  2. In boiling water, cook the eggs for about 7-8 minutes for a jammy center.
Cooking
  1. Season the salmon fillet with paprika, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and herbs.
  2. In a hot skillet, heat butter and olive oil. Sear the salmon skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes.
Serving
  1. Assemble the plate with the golden salmon, herbed potatoes, sliced avocado, and soft-boiled eggs.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh herbs. Salmon's center can be slightly undercooked for optimal texture.
