  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For added richness.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Enhances cheesy flavor.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Adds color and flavor.
  • Cracked black pepper for garnish To taste.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the fries' package.
  2. Spread crinkle-cut fries on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions until golden brown and crispy.
  3. While fries bake, season the sirloin steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over high heat until shimmering.
Searing and Combining
  1. Add the seasoned steak cubes to the hot skillet and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until richly browned.
  2. Once steak is browned, reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic and butter. Toss until steak is coated.
  3. Transfer hot fries to a baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and garlic powder evenly over the fries.
Finishing Touches
  1. Return baking dish to the oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5–7 minutes.
  2. Serve the garlic butter steak bites beside the cheesy fries, and garnish with fresh parsley and cracked black pepper.

Notes

For variations, consider adding cayenne for heat, or substituting fries with zucchini fries for a healthier option. Ensure proper resting time for the steak to retain juiciness.
