Preparation
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Rub the mixture over the chicken thoroughly and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Toss the cut potatoes in a separate bowl with vegetable oil and salt.
- Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking tray.
Cooking
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the chicken and fries in the oven.
- Cook the chicken for 40–45 minutes until golden brown and crispy. The fries should take 30–35 minutes.
- Check both items regularly to ensure they cook evenly.
Making the Sauce
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Serving
- Arrange grilled chicken, fries, sliced tomatoes, and red onions on a plate.
- Drizzle yogurt sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze chicken and fries separately for up to three months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
