Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 8 pieces chicken drumsticks Fresh and plump without discoloration
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For marinating
  • 1 tbsp paprika For flavor
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For flavor
  • 1 tsp onion powder For flavor
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika For flavor
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper Optional, for heat
  • Salt and black pepper To taste
For the Fries
  • 4 large potatoes Cut into fries
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil For tossing with the potatoes
For the Salad
  • 1 head romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes Sliced
  • 1 piece avocado Diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese Crumble or substitute for dairy-free version

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. Coat the drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Fries
  1. Toss potato wedges with oil, salt, and pepper, then bake at 425°F (220°C) for 35–40 minutes until golden and crispy.
Grill the Drumsticks
  1. Grill the marinated drumsticks over medium-high heat for 25–30 minutes, turning often until fully cooked.
Assemble the Salad
  1. Arrange lettuce, tomato slices, avocado cubes, and feta cheese on a serving plate.
Serve
  1. Plate the grilled chicken drumsticks alongside the crispy fries and fresh salad. Serve immediately.
