Ingredients
  

For the steak
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes Flank steak or chicken can be substituted.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small red chili, finely diced Add extra for a spicier version.
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the fries
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries Russets are recommended for crispy texture.
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 tsp salt Season fries immediately after frying.
For the eggs
  • 2 large eggs Farm-fresh eggs enhance flavor.
  • 1 tbsp butter Use plant-based butter for dairy-free.
For garnish
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toss the steak cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper to add flavor and ensure a nice crust.
Cooking the fries
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan and fry the potatoes until they are crispy and golden brown. Season with salt immediately after frying.
Cooking the steak
  1. In a separate skillet, heat over high heat and add the seasoned steak cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side to develop a sear, adding garlic, red chili, and parsley in the last minute.
Cooking the eggs
  1. In a different pan, melt butter and cook the eggs sunny-side up until the whites are set and yolks are rich and golden.
Assembly
  1. Arrange the fries, sunny-side eggs, and garlic chili steak bites on a platter for serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the refrigerator. For longer storage, freeze components for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven to retain crispiness. Avoid microwaving to prevent sogginess.
