Preparation
  1. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl, ensuring even coating.
  2. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
Cooking
  1. Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Add butter and parsley during the final minute of cooking for added flavor.
Salad Preparation
  1. Toss cucumber and carrot sticks with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Serving
  1. Slice the cooked chicken breast and serve next to a scoop of creamy mashed potatoes.

Notes
