- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.

- Pour in the bourbon, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir everything together, scraping up any bits stuck to the bottom of the pan.
- Reduce the heat and allow the mixture to simmer gently for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
Serving
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve hot over steamed rice or alongside vegetables.
