  • 2 cups milk Any type of milk such as cow's, almond, oat, or coconut milk works.
  • 2 eggs For egg-free, use a flax egg made from 1 tablespoon ground flax and 3 tablespoons water.
  • 1 cup apples, diced Crisp apples like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith work best.
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup Can be substituted with honey or brown sugar.
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon Don't forget a pinch of salt to balance flavors.
  • 1/2 cup raisins Optional add-in for extra sweetness.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, diced apples, and spices together.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and sweetener.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the oat mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.

Notes
